"Good for snack night, just not as much as I expected"
My kids were happy with it and it worked fine for a family snack night, but I thought the bags would stretch a little further. They were gone quickly, so it felt like I needed more than I expected.

"Allergen info showed up at the worst time"
I did eventually find the allergen info, but it took way too much clicking around, which was annoying since I was trying to order quickly. Not exactly great timing when you’re hungry and just need a clear answer. It’s there, but it definitely could be easier to find.

"Good crunch, but the grease gets annoying"
I still like the flavor of Ruffles and the crunch is definitely solid, but the last few bags I bought were just way greasier than I expected. After a few chips my fingers were already oily, which got kind of annoying and made me not want to keep snacking. They’re decent if you’re just having them once in a while, but I really wish they’d tone down the oil a bit

"Packaging survived the journey, suspiciously well"
I ordered from ruffles.com and the packaging held up better than I expected. The box/bag wasn’t totally crushed and the chips showed up in good shape, which was the main thing I cared about. There was a tiny dent on one corner, but nothing dramatic. Part of me wonders if they’ve secretly cracked the code on snack shipping and just aren’t telling us. Either way, solid experience. 4 stars from me.

I’m usually a fan of Ruffles, but to me the quality feels a little inconsistent. Sometimes I’ll open a bag and the chips taste fresh, crunchy, and exactly how I expect them to be. Other times, there are more dark spots than I’d like, or a few chips have that odd stale or off taste. It’s not like they’re awful, but in my opinion they don’t always feel worth the price when the bag is a gamble.

I’ve always liked Ruffles, they taste great and they’re a solid snack when I’m craving chips. That said, I do wish the sodium was a bit lower. I don’t eat them every day for that reason, more like an occasional snack. Also, it’s a little annoying when the nutrition details or serving info aren’t made super clear at a quick glance. Just be upfront about it so people know what they’re getting.

"Thicker than I expected, in a good way"
I grabbed these expecting regular chips that would probably snap in the dip, but they’re actually nice and thick. That’s one of the reasons I like ruffles—they hold up way better than most. Every now and then there are a few pieces that are a little too hard, which is kind of annoying, but overall they’re still good. I’d give them 4 stars.

"Fresh, crunchy, and arrived in great shape"
I ordered from ruffles.com and was a little worried the chips might show up stale, but thankfully that wasn’t the case at all. The bags were sealed well, everything tasted fresh and crunchy, and the delivery went smoothly with hardly anything crushed. Really appreciate that it arrived in good condition. I’m happy with the order and would definitely buy again.

"Not as many crumbs this time"
I don’t know if something changed or what, but the last few bags had way fewer broken chips than I was expecting. Usually there are more crumbs at the bottom, but lately it hasn’t been like that.

"Love the Look of the Bags"
I’m kind of picky about packaging, ruffles does a really good job with theirs. The bags stand out right away, the colors are fun without being too much, and they don’t have that dull look some snack bags have.

I also appreciate that the flavor pictures and labels are clear. When I’m grabbing snacks in a hurry, I don’t want to sit there comparing bags forever, so it’s nice that I can quickly tell what I’m getting.

"Tasty, but the seasoning feels inconsistent"
My gut feeling is that these could be really good if the seasoning was more even. The crunch is great, and when you get a chip that’s actually coated well, it hits the spot. But then you’ll grab another one and it barely has any flavor, or it’s way too salty. I still snack on them and enjoy them overall, but something about the flavor balance just feels a little off

"Anyone else think the crunch is just right?"
I’m picky about chip texture, and Ruffles just gets it right. The ridges give every bite a solid crunch without being too hard, and I don’t feel like I’m left with a bag full of crumbs at the end. It’s a simple snack, but it does exactly what I want. I feel like other chip people have to notice this too

"Best-by dates were way too soon"
I ordered some chips from ruffles.com and the bags showed up with best-by dates that were way too close for comfort. They tasted okay, but it really felt like I was being sent old stock. I also got inconsistent answers when I asked about it, which made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be

I checked out Ruffles it was really easy to use. The pages loaded quickly, and I didn’t have to dig around to find the flavors or product info. It also looked good on my phone, which is always a plus. Smooth experience overall — I’d definitely recommend it if you’re just trying to browse and see what they have.

"Still loyal, just a little let down"
I’ve been buying Ruffles for years, and I still find myself checking Ruffles whenever I’m curious about new flavors or any promos. It’s one of those brands I grew up with, so I definitely have a soft spot for it, and I still really like the chips.
The site is fine, but it feels like maybe it hasn’t gotten as much attention as the actual snacks have. It’s a bit basic and not always that helpful, which is kind of disappointing from a brand this big. I’ll keep buying Ruffles, but I do wish the website felt a little more useful

I grabbed a few bags and, they felt like they had a good amount in them. I’m sure they were fuller than a lot of chips I’ve bought before that end up being mostly air. Overall, I was happy with it
